Responsibilities
- Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery of goods and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, track inventory usage, and develop inventory forecasts
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Manage vendor contracts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sale, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Continuously evaluate purchasing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing in the UAE market, preferably in food distribution
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics principles
- Understanding of industry regulations, purchasing policies, and procedures

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
