Opportunity
Has responsibility for independently handling daily Documentation tasks
in line with the Client/Process IOP's and ensures quality of service is
maintained at all times. Interacts with internal stakeholders and plays
an active role in resolving process related issues, training and
coaching of new team members and supporting the Team Lead on a regular
basis.
Prepares export/import shipment documents.
Has SME in-depth knowledge in documentation and takes lead in coaching
and training TM's.
Reviews client requirements and aligns the process IOP's.
Has good process and business knowledge.
Participates in/facilitates engagement calls.
