We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Brian Belcher Team - REMAX Executive. You will be a part of a passionate and experienced team of real estate professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to all clients, providing insight and guidance throughout the entire property transaction process, and proactively communicating with customers to ensure a smooth and successful experience. Compensation:$22 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries by phone or email and attend to customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about services, products, and promotions to customers.
- Process orders, applications, and returns in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions when needed.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of North American time zones.
- US work authorization.

You will be personally mentored by Brian Belcher to learn techniques to break through your glass ceiling. You will be trained on all aspects of the business and will be able to attend listing appointments. We have offices in SouthPark, Ballantyne, Waxhaw, Concord, Cornelius, Mooresville, and Fort Mill. You will have access to each of our offices.
