Description
The digital team at MediaMonks Dubai is looking for an English & Arabic speaking content manager with experience in web authoring and content management. Based at the client location near Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, the successful candidate will support a multinational team in major launches for this high profile client in the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- In this dedicated position, you'll support a special task force at a not-so-secret location in Saudi Arabia, in producing digital advertising for one of the biggest brands in the world.
- You'll help manage a large-scale advertising project by organising and ordering the input, requirements and assets.
- Working for one beloved brand — referring to the client, of course — your organisation allows our in-house production teams to produce quality top-notch advertising at scale.
- You're responsible for correctly entering the input from the client into our (content management) systems, platforms and spreadsheets.
- Liaising with the client to manage timelines and priorities.
- To be able to organise a full content production and publication work stream between MM, the client and external content and translation agencies
- You'll help to translate the client's input into tickets for our project-management tool to brief our internal team on what to do, task for task.
- Liaising with our project managers, developers, QA analysts and designers on a daily basis, you help to make sure we hit every milestone as the project progresses.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working with CMS; Adobe Experience Manager is highly preferred.
- Experience communicating with different capabilities and team members to deliver digital projects' deliverables.
- The role requires someone who can juggle multiple requests and appreciates the importance of specs and requirements.
- Have an eye for design and attention to detail.
- As a structured and accurate person, you can work independently, making sure that all relevant input is entered into the right systems on time.
- Fluency in English and Arabic to be able provide clear updates and actions between the client and Monks from around the world in both languages.
- You're a champion of process and always look beyond your formal responsibilities to make sure everything checks out.
- While spreadsheets are your natural habitat, you excel at interfacing with human beings too.
- Organised and are able to bring your input and experience to the existing process and suggest solutions and improvements.
- Comfortable with autonomy and have a successful track record of working independently when needed.
- Adaptable and open to learn about and understand changes in the digital project and how they may affect your work -or the way you do it.
- You can keep a helicopter view at all times, and instead of freaking out, you're freaking good at finding solutions for conflicting requests.
- Experience with project management tools such as Bootcamp, Assembla, Jira or Asana, is a plus.
- Experience in working effectively in both a remote and on-site environments and ability to manage them while maintaining a good level of organization.
