As a member of the Cities Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and shaping the entire operations and go-to market plan of the business in every corner in Thailand where it will be the key growth driver for all Grab’s services. Strategy of Cities Team is now finding teammates to join our young motivated team on this rocket with the target of making life easier for Thais across all regions. Our team operates with an experimental mindset and is willing to deep dive into both opportunities and challenges.
Get to know the Role
We are looking for Business implementation associate who will partner with Cities Strategy Lead to get framework of shaping the direction of every city, set up operation process, planning resource allocation and act as a PMO to overview everything going smoothly
The Day-to-Day Activities
1.Lead execution of high impact initiatives (60%)
Lead project management from initiation to execution
Work with stakeholders to clear define objectives, success criteria, scope, deliverables, required resources etc
Monitor & troubleshoot initiatives to maximize result
2. Lead strategic planning and studies for top-of-agenda strategic topics (ุ40%)
Ensure a well-coordinated business strategy with other key stakeholders in diplomatic ways.
Deliver valuable business insights and recommendations to business teams to act upon (e.g. landscape and competitor analysis, customer segmentation, asset optimisation, product pricing and spend optimisation)
The Must-Haves
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience at management consultancy firm, tech company or fast-paced working environment in strategy or business development.
PMO - Create and lead projects with good communication with stakeholders.
Stakeholder management - Able to get things done by others with full cooperation and willingness.
Initiator - able to throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached.
Passion to drive business - Eager to identify, own, and tackle new opportunities and challenges.
Fresh Grads with exceptional achievement in extracurricular activity, case competition, or academics medalist are also welcome.
