Role: Credit Officer
Location: Ogbomoso/Oyo & Ilorin/Kwara
Work shift: 40-hour weekly
SALARY:
Basic Pay: 30k
Variables: 90k (You'll get the fraction of your target that you meet.
Gross pay: Up to 120k if targets are met.
Job Description: You'd work as a Credit Officer. Someone who'd give out loans, retrieve loans and also get fixed deposits from customers.
KPIs:
1. You must give out a loan of ₦3m monthly (fetches you ₦18k)
2. You must collect back all the loan repayment for that month (fetches you ₦36k)
3. You must get people to invest ₦3m with you monthly (fetches you ₦36k)
REQUIREMENTS:
An A'level certificate in any tertiary institution, e.g. ND, NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc. (and other equivalence), M.Sc., etc.
