- Native speaker / fluent in Russian & English other languages are a benefit
- Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Consulting role might be beneficial
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced, business development role where you will work on several client projects at once. There is a clear focus on outcomes — leading to transferable skill development in project management, sales, negotiation, client relationship building, psychology and more. As a growing startup, our roles are always evolving and you will get to experience a steep learning curve.
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of the products and services ATLAS is offering including the process, onboarding and ongoing collaboration.
- Attend the onboarding and educational training workshop with our clients to kick-start the campaign as well as provide weekly updates and monthly insights in our strategy calls.
- Do research about the client and digest the provided info material to familiarize yourself with their product or service in order to communicate and articulate the value proposition.
- Building strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and reach out to target accounts and key decision-makers using different methods. - Execute outbound campaigns with cloud-based calling tools as well as async video technology
- Targeted outbound calling to prospects in order to schedule meetings for our clients, i.e. lead generation, appointment setting & hand-over.
- Logging interactions & documenting market feedback as well as insight & knowledge sharing in our SalesOS.
- Campaign assessment & performance analysis (send weekly video updates).
- Conduct monthly strategy calls & feedback sessions with clients to increase the sales pipeline & improve targeting
- Provide customised recommendations & suggest an improvement for better results
- Help us build out and manage our database & maintain daily record keeping within the CRM Continuous improvements in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales results.
