You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day recruitment process. You will be a central part of our operation, working with a close-knit team who have already successfully built a recruitment business.
About You:
- Minimum of 3 years agency recruitment experience (HR), have superb communication skills, high follow up and organisational skills with a proven track record of billing & building relationships.
- Excellent at identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively.
- Professional, honest, ethical recruiter and firmly believe in best-in-class service to clients and candidates alike.
- Can work individually, but also loves to be part of a successful team.
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation
- Keen to maximise your potential and develop a rewarding and long-lasting career within recruitment.
