Skills/Experience Required:
Essential
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness
- Ability to provide financial reporting and monthly analysis on performance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and orally
- Can multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, self-motivated with plenty of initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Good organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- A strong knowledge and experience of the dairy industry
- Clean valid driving licence, with the willingness to travel
Desired
- A degree in Agriculture, Business Management or a related field
