your role
As LEAD engineer in product development automotive you will:
- actively manage technical project planning, control and organisation in the department of product development a.o. H2 with interdisciplinary project teams
- you will define the technical approach and product development strategy depending on customer requirements and annual targets
- allocation of tasks to project team members and keeping an eye on the results
- communication with (potential) customers in the context of reporting - technical and / or schedule coordination
- adherence to scheduling and fulfillment of project goals in the corresponding area of responsibility
- execution of the project reporting to the department management, as well as superior support of the department
your profile
- a technical education (HTL, FH, TU) or equivalent knowledge through practical experience (preferably in the department of mechanical engineering with focus on automation technology / automotive engineering / industrial engineering)
- at least 5 years experience in the engineering of products, amongst other things in the hydrogen supply chain
- reliable, committed and able to work independently
- the ability to provide / exemplify organisation and structure and to communicate a vision in a comprehensible way
- a strong sense of time management with competing priorities is part of your personality
- efficient problem-solving orientation with extensive experience in mediating cross-functional relationships between internal and external stakeholders of development projects
