Maddington Toyota's Pre-Delivery Centre is currently looking for a self-motivated and well-organised Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team!
The role requires handling car bookings, communication with workshop personnel and sublet suppliers, generating repair orders, and estimating job costs. A high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a fast-paced setting are desired qualities for this position.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic and outcome-driven individual
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Must have a valid manual driver's license.
