Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of performance and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement, storage, and distribution, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies across all operational activities.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Operation Manager or in a similar role, preferably in Marine industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify operational issues and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using operation management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in driving operational improvements and achieving business goals.
