THE ROLE
We are looking for a brilliant Junior Learning Admin to support the Learning vertical of our Service Enablement team. This role is essential to the success of Partner Service learning programs, responsible for the meticulous maintenance of our Learning Management Systems (FF Connect and Workday). In this role responsibilities include learning system administration tasks, content implementation, executing training assignments, organising onboarding paths for new hires, and training record management for compliance. The employee will be an in-house expert on our company’s learning platforms, contributing to building and maintaining a quality and content management system for Partner Service as well as our knowledge base and learning resources.
A major focus of the role will be on learning platform management and adoption, raising the organisation’s understanding and proficiency of training materials. Beyond the routine duties of administering the learning environment, the employee will be uniquely positioned to hear the learner’s voice, provide insights about how to make resources more discoverable and effective to users, and improve the navigation of courses or programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Configure the Learning Management Systems (Docebo and Workday) to meet the organisation’s needs; perform routine maintenance, course uploads, updates, and content management
- Assist in the day-to-day management of FF Connect, provide technical and administrative support including database management and auditing, internal and external reports, manage the accuracy of access data, troubleshoot to help solve technical issues and act as a liaison with Farfetch IT and software providers
- Provide administrative support for Partner Service onboarding programs and trainings; develop and maintain training plans, schedule and track classroom and onboarding training sessions; upload and support new content revisions to our Learning Library
- Keep abreast of the latest releases from our platform providers making sure the wider team is kept informed
