Responsibilities:
Responsible for general clerical and administrative support for Sales and Administration Department
Assist to update customer database and website system
Prepare monthly reports including petty cash, fixed assets, medical report, etc.
Support all-rounded branch operation and services
Assist in product shooting and video recording
Prepare marketing materials (online and offline), e.g. leaflets, newspaper, YouTube, video ad, etc.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
HKDSE or above
Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in Administration or related fields
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good in PC applications and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
Well organized with good sense of responsibility and communication skills
Immediately available is highly preferred
