Key Responsibilities
work as a trading platforms administrator within a growing and supportive team, will be responsible for a broad range of tasks.
Maintaining system pricing to effectively communicate between our clients and service providers.
Provide setting changes on the bridging and trading platforms. Communicate product support on specifications, session times, swaps, holidays, and margin rates.
Setup groups, symbols, securities, and accounts on trading platforms.
Preparing various trade reports and processing comprehensive data analysis.
Assisting in generating all sorts of trade-related statistics.
Processing client deposits and withdrawals as requested.
Key Requirements:
Should have a strong knowledge of the FX trading industry, with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Hard worker and have experience working in a busy, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge regarding MetaTrader and OneZero.
Strong understanding of CFD’s in Forex, Indices, Shares, Commodities, and Cryptocurrencies.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Economics, etc.)
